This Privacy Policy outlines how Cognikids Edventure LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals (“Data Principals”) who use our website, specifically in relation to the Enquiry Form. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and its rules.

By accessing and using this website, and specifically by submitting your personal data through our Enquiry Form, you hereby agree to this policy and give your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent for the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified below.

1. The Personal Data We Collect and the Purpose of Collection

We collect the following categories of personal data via our Enquiry Form:

1.1. Processing of Child’s Data (Parental Consent)

The DPDP Act defines a “Child” as an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age. Given that our Enquiry Form collects data about the prospective student:

  • Consent Responsibility: As the parent/legal guardian filling out this form, you affirm that you are the parent or lawful guardian of the Child whose data is being provided, and you provide verifiable parental consent for the processing of the Child’s personal data.
  • Best Interest: We process the Child’s personal data in a manner that is safe and in the best interest of the Child.
  • Prohibited Processing: We shall not undertake any processing of a Child’s data that is likely to cause harm to the Child.

2. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

2.1. Storage Location and Security

Your personal data collected through the Enquiry Form is stored with our data processor, HelloParents App.

  • Security Measures: The entire data and content used on the Hello Parent Service is hosted on a secured and reliable cloud platform which has the necessary international certifications. The Hello Parent data transfer is 128-bit SSL secured (Bank level Security), and access to the content shall be available to the respective account holders only.
  • DPDP Compliance: We, as the Data Fiduciary, ensure that our data processor, HelloParents App, implements reasonable security safeguards as mandated by the DPDP Act. While we acknowledge the robust security and international certifications of the hosting platform, we ensure their practices align with the security and data protection requirements of the DPDP Act.

2.2. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes for which it was collected, or as required by any applicable law or legal obligation. Once the purpose is deemed no longer to be served (e.g., the enrolment process is complete or the data subject withdraws consent), the data will be erased, unless its retention is mandated by law.

3. Sharing of Personal Data

We act as the Data Fiduciary, and we may share your personal data with authorised third-party vendors (Data Processors) solely for essential operational purposes, such as:

  • Generating student ID cards.
  • Coordinating with our academic partners.

We ensure that any sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for the specified operational purpose and is done under a valid contract that imposes data protection obligations on the third-party processor to comply with the DPDP Act.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal (Data Principal Rights)

In accordance with the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Right to Access Information: Request information about your personal data being processed.
  • Right to Correction and Erasure: Request the correction, completion, update, or erasure of your personal data.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

5.1. Consent Withdrawal and Data Erasure

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (including the consent given for the Child’s data).

  • Process for Withdrawal: To withdraw your consent, please send a written request to the Grievance Officer using the contact details provided below.
  • Consequence of Withdrawal: Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will manually find and delete your Enquiry Form entry and associated personal data, unless the retention of the data is necessary for compliance with any law. Once consent is withdrawn, we will cease all processing of the associated personal data.

We are committed to addressing your requests and grievances in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

A time of exploration, wonder, and growth. In the Chrysalis stage, children begin to express ideas, ask questions, and explore the world through stories, art, and hands-on play. Language blossoms, creativity expands, and early numeracy and literacy skills start taking shape. This stage builds independence and imagination — preparing them to spread their wings.

Learning Outcome:

The beginning of a beautiful learning journey. In the Caterpillars program, toddlers take their first steps into a nurturing world of discovery. Through play, sensory activities, and social interaction, children develop early communication, emotional awareness, and independence. Every moment — from stacking blocks to singing rhymes — helps them build confidence and curiosity in a safe, loving environment.
